Oral Surgery

We provide the full range of oral surgery procedures. These include extractions, surgical removal of teeth, wisdom teeth, impacted teeth, expose and bonding of unerupted teeth, jaw and dental cysts, apecectomies, bone grafts and sinus lifts to the jaws for dental implants. We liaise very closely with your dentist regarding what you need and endeavour to keep both your dentist and doctor informed of your progress, unless requested otherwise.

During your consultation, we will evaluate your problems and inform you of the ideal treatment plan. If you wish to proceed, you will let us know and we will arrange a time and date for the procedure. We offer the procedures either under local or general anaesthetic at one of our locations in North or Central London.

We offer a comprehensive management to temporomandibular joint (TMJ) problems. The management could be conservative, medical, or surgical depending on the diagnosis. Most patients present to us with pain in and around the joint, the ear, the jaw, or often with neck pain and headaches or with clicks and noises in the jaw joints. A thorough consultation is required to determine the cause and as to whether the treatment is best served medically or surgically with an arthrocentesis (wash-out) or open TMJ surgery. Cross speciality consultation with neurology, ENT and radiology colleagues is often required.
