Scar Revision Surgery

We offer this service as part of the continuum to the soft tissue trauma, skin cancer and cosmetic work of the head and neck that we manage. Soft tissue scars in this anatomic area can be extremely unsightly. There is also undoubtedly discrimination both socially and in the work place against people with scarring. We try to address not just the surgical revision, which in some cases may not be appropriate, but also allow our patients to tap into other resources ranging from camouflage by make-up artists to psychological support and often a combination of all modalities to optimise the result.
